Celebrate an Appalachian Changemaker!

 We are looking for outstanding lactation professionals and helpers in Appalachia! There are no requirements to nominate someone - only wonderful people doing wonderful things in their community that aligns with our mission. If you know someone or think you qualify, please feel free to nominate them (or yourself!) below. Award nominations are due by September 1, 2022. Awardees will be notified by September 15, 2022 and will be celebrated at our 4th Annual Appalachian Breastfeeding Conference in Flintstone, MD! Awardees will receive a hotel stay and free registration at our conference. If unable to attend in person, you will receive free virtual registration.
